DNA 12 Strand Activation - Spiritual Guidance

DNA Recoding is a process that allows us to evolve from 2 to 12-strand beings by deactivating implants inhibiting the receipts of the 12 strands. The reconnection of this circuitry enables our access to 12 levels of spiritual, emotional, physical, and mental awareness and information versus the 2 levels available from 2 DNA strands. Access to 12 levels results in expanded consciousness which manifests in characteristics such as:

· Releasing negative emotions such as fear and guilt

· Increasing telepathic abilities

· Quickening manifestations

· Balancing the endocrine system

· Aligning more fully with path and purpose

· Operating at higher potential

· Acting as a grounding point for the 4th dimensional energy to proliferate on earth

You may wish to lead a life of greater enlightenment, whether it is called DNA recoding, ascension, nirvana, etc. Anyone desiring spiritual growth invites the experiences that help move them forward, whether they are aware of their spiritual guides helping them or not. The method of recoding described in this material involves working with new spirit guides called genetic engineers to activate the de-coiled DNA programs in our system. According to my guides, energy implants were put in place to de-magnetize the 12 strands of DNA that originally did reside in our bodies, thereby preventing them from aligning. Removal of these energy implants needs to occur for the 12 strands to recoil and fuse, even in energetic form.

When we regain 12 DNA strands, those strands are initially attained energetically since our physical body is too dense to accept the high energy frequency of 10 additional strands. When I initially wrote about this experience in 1996, the density was much greater. As the 4th dimensional energy expands on earth, the density thins. As I write this in 2025, there is less density, so there is less physical and emotional trauma associated with the transition. Additionally, many have led the way over the past few decades, either intentionally or unintentionally, by focusing on soul growth, thus expanding their 2-strand to 12-strand energy. In other words, we are on the road to attaining critical mass, thus bringing the 12-strand energy which interfaces with the 4th dimension to our planet. Lightworkers have tried to help us in the past. Perhaps, this is when we will succeed as evidenced in our societal upheavals. Separation is being revealed in all its ugliness. We are in the process of hitting rock bottom and, hopefully, like a recovering addict, making a 180 degree turn to attain a higher level of consciousness.

Human beings have an astral body in addition to a physical body. The astral body is our bridge between our physical and spiritual existence. Those who experienced a near death experience were separating from their physical body as their astral body walked toward the light that is consistently described. However, the astral body is still connected to the physical body by an energy cord and, given the inappropriate timeliness of the individual’s passing according to their soul plan, the cord is not severed. The astral body, when truly severed from the physical body at death, enables a soul to move into the astral plane and reside there until the next step in their soul journey. Just like a near-death experience, the astral body can travel, during sleep, to other dimensions, yet allow our essence to remain connected to a physical body. This allows for “work” to be conducted by spiritual guides on the new, 12-strand DNA implants. Having been through this, I can share that the dreams are vivid, wild, and a bit disturbing. I sometimes thought I was being psychically attacked but Katey assured me otherwise when she checked my energy field.

Some are disappointed to discover that this DNA Recoding process does not change their physical DNA. However, I am a firm believer that we must alter our energy blueprint before we can effectively change anything in our physical experience. I worked with many people who have blocks and barriers at the soul level from previous lifetimes during my time devoted to Recoding. These programs caused them to have physical symptoms in this lifetime. For example, someone dying a prolonged, painful death of syphilis in a prior lifetime may encounter sexual organ problems, e.g., cysts, cancer, infections, in this lifetime since the trauma from the previous lifetime sits in the soul memory and the energy blueprint. Modern medicine treats the symptoms, and I certainly feel grateful for these procedures. Yet if these problems are recurring, it may mean the blueprint is retaining the old pattern. When repatterning work is conducted to upgrade the original blueprint, these physical problems may finally disappear. This is the premise behind energetic DNA, that is, the new program must be integrated at the energetic level for it to manifest on a physical level, whether it occurs in this lifetime or future lifetimes.

According to my guides, we would not care to reside in our body if it housed 12 strands of DNA because it would be too painful. It would provide more amps than we are designed to handle. Integrating the 12 strands into our astral body is the first step toward enjoying expanded consciousness because it establishes a higher frequency. The second step involves “plugging” the 12 strands of DNA into our endocrine system. Thus, we have access to the power of the 12-strand energy without needing to carry it in our body. Once critical mass is reached on earth, this energy will be easier for everyone to hold and may even lead to 12-strand DNA babies being born. In fact, in 2021 The Imperial College London published a study about the discovery of 4-stranded DNA, known as G-quadruplex, that was recently seen forming naturally in human cells. This is reassuring for logical people like me who want to see “proof” of the process.

I am presenting recoding as I underwent it. It began with 9 segments, revealed to me as each segment was experienced. I thought when I completed the 9 segments, I would be done. I was disappointed to discover that there were more steps. My guides said I would have felt overwhelmed by the extent of recoding if I knew how much was involved. They were probably right because there were multiple steps following the 9 segments. Here is the order through which I progressed but, bear in mind, it could be very different in 2025 than 1996. These steps are described with corresponding instructions on the following pages.

 The following section was communicated by 2 spiritual guides, Joysia and Laramus, who were channeled by the woman who kickstarted my unusual journey with recoding. I cannot vouch for the historical information, although I subsequently discovered a book entitled The Twelfth Planet, Book I of the Earth Chronicles by Zecharia Sitchin. He was a scholar who read and interpreted ancient Sumerian and Babylonian tablets. His work reflects what the guides shared, which was somewhat reassuring. Whether it is true or not, I believe recoding is a valuable exercise in spiritual self-improvement. 

DNA recoding is a process that enables a human being who has 2 strands of DNA to acquire 12 strands of DNA energy. Twelve strands of DNA are characteristic of advanced civilizations, and they are a fundamental element of the parents of the homo sapiens 2-strand system.  

Approximately 450,000 years ago, a group of advanced beings from the planet of Nibiru visited Earth. They decided to take up residence on the planet based on the emerging pleasantness of its habitability as the ice age ended. They were particularly interested in the rich gold deposits on Earth, and they mined those deposits for approximately 150,000 years. Finally, the miners mutinied, claiming they no longer wished to toil. Based on the need for a labor force, a new being was born, a primitive worker who was constructed by cross-breeding the genes of a gentle ape-like creature called the Homo erectus who was living on earth with the genes of the Nibiruans. Hence, the 2-strand primitive worker was created.

The hybrid workers assisted the Nibiruans for many years. However, they needed to be birthed via the wombs of the Nibiruan females since they were hybrids and could not reproduce. Understandably, the women grew tired of acting as baby producing machines, and, like the miners, they too rebelled. The Nibiruan geneticists returned to the drawing board and created an enhanced version of the hybrid, one called Adapa, or the Adam we know from the Bible. This improved 2-strand being could reproduce and is known to us as homo sapiens, our current body type.

You have reached the stage in your evolution where it is time to acquire a full 12-strand consciousness. The reconnection of this complete circuitry enables you to have access to 12 levels of spiritual, emotional, physical, and mental awareness and information instead of the limited levels afforded by 2 strands of DNA. Implants were put in place to de-magnetize 10 of the 12 strands of DNA, thereby preventing them from coiling. De-activation of these implants must occur for the 12 strands to re-coil. There are many techniques to initiate DNA recoding, and this process is just one of them. DNA recoding is an empowering and approachable process that allows human beings to function at higher skill levels and operate at full evolutionary potential, increasing telepathic abilities, releasing restrictive emotions such as fear and guilt, improving energy by balancing the endocrine system, and quickening manifestations. It is not a scientific study of evolution. It is a method of expanding human potential.

When you regain 12 strands, the strands are initially attained energetically through the astral body since the physical body is too dense to accept the higher energy vibration created by more strands. You would not care to reside in your body if it housed 12 strands of DNA because it would be uncomfortable. It would give you more voltage than you could handle. In fact, even energetic DNA can cause discomfort as the original energy field adapts to the new. That is why a psychic surgeon is brought on board to ease the transition.
Here are the steps in this particular 12-strand DNA process:1. Integrating the 12 strands into the astral body is the first step toward increasing consciousness because it establishes a higher vibration in your energy. 2. The 2nd step involves “plugging” the 12 strands into the endocrine system. 3. The 3rd moves you beyond separation and the mass consciousness of polarity (e.g., good/bad, right/wrong, left/right) by renegotiating your current polarity contracts for unification contracts. 4. The 4th step prioritizes heart over mind to inspire operating with feelings rather than tricking your instincts through mental gymnastics.5. The 5th step ensures you are working with the optimal spiritual committee to support your expanded consciousness, and it opens your awareness to the unified level.6. The 6th step starts to utilize the so-called “junk” DNA.
In addition to having access to greater awareness, fear and guilt implants are de-activated. Originally, these implants were intended to enhance your learning experiences on earth. However, they no longer provide value because DNA recoding is a self-empowered process that relies on positive rather than negative motivators. Imagine a life of choices based on joy and love rather than fear and guilt. 

There are 9 segments to (the first part) of recoding. These will be described later. Once you have completed the 9 segments and re-coiled your 10 additional DNA strands, you will be able to funnel the energy from the additional strands toward a more positive life experience which will serve as a model to those around you. All the power of your 12 strands is used to more fully fulfill the soul contract you made prior to incarnating in physical form on earth. It is not used to make you look young again or make you walk on water. The plethora of phenomena the earth offers arrives more fully through the attainment of your soul contract.
Recoding is not to be confused with ascension which allows a soul to consciously move back and forth between dimensional experiences. Ascended souls are souls with full consciousness. Unlike each new physical incarnation when you begin with lost consciousness and need to rebuild it, ascension allows you to remember every soul experience you have ever had and build upon that history.
