The following chart (12 Strand and Endocrine System Balance Sheet) has been developed to help you focus on the remaining areas needing balance. Once balance occurs, the plug-in request can be made. This is conducted remotely by your guides.
The chart is divided into 2 pages. The first chart shows DNA strands 1 through 6 across the top. The second chart shows DNA strands 7 through 12 across the top. Each strand relates to a specific emotion. For example, strand 1 represents Courage. The emotions that cause the optimal state of Courage to move out of balance are also shown. In the case of Courage, a person is out of balance when they are too courageous (Warrior) or not courageous enough (Victim). The endocrine glands used for plug-in are listed on the left side of the chart. Each of the endocrine glands relate to a life stage. For example, the hypothalamus corresponds to pre-birth.
Depending on your abilities, you can intuit which boxes need balance or you can do what I did, dowse using pendulum, asking the question “On the (ENDOCRINE GLAND), is the (NUMBER STRAND) balanced? Continue asking this question for each DNA strand and for each endocrine gland until you have dowsed the entire page. If you have trouble attaining the information, you can balance every box on the page in preparation for plug-in.
Your chart will contain a series of checks that create interesting patterns. Looking across the page horizontally, you may notice, as I did, that there are entire life stages that contain no check marks. Looking down the page, you may notice entire emotional states that are blank. This gives you some clues as to what you need to bring into balance in life.

There is a Heart/Maturity row for each DNA strand. Although the heart is not an endocrine gland, it is the energy center for emotions and feelings. Each strand will connect with the heart, hence the need for balancing. The balancing modalities appear after the charts, e.g., Strand 1 represents Courage/Warrior/Victim. The Heart/Maturity box and healing modality that corresponds to Courage is listed at the bottom of that column. This will all become clearer as you progress through the following charts and healing modalities.
Note that many of the balancing modalities involve a specific energy meridian. These are depicted on 3 charts and are identified by chart number in each modality for ease of locating. Often the corresponding energy meridian may be involved in the balancing modality. In a few instances, it is not.

Place your right thumb on the side of your right nostril to block the air flow. Exhale and inhale through your left nostril. Then, place your right forefinger on the left nostril. Exhale and inhale through your right nostril. Alternate nostrils 4 times, completing 2 cycles of breathing. Say 10 times aloud, “All relationships are important to me.” Exhale all of the air out of your lungs and visualize the color green filling your lungs as you relax deeply. Without breathing, imagine that you are breathing internally, obtaining your oxygen from the color green. Repeat this breath once again.

Affirmation: I am able to absorb what is valuable from a situation.
Balancing Modality
Say aloud 10 times, “I am able to absorb what is valuable from a situation.” Place your right hand over the #12 small intestines meridian. Exhale all of the air out of your lungs and visualize the dark blue color filling your lungs as you relax deeply. Without breathing, imagine that you are breathing internally, obtaining your oxygen from the dark blue color.

Meridian: Triple heater, point #16, on the left side of the neck approximately one inch behind and below the ear (Chart 3)
Affirmation: I create an atmosphere that is comfortable to others.
